Using AI to develop new strategy for the Swedish Sports Confederation
We chose to compete with one of the Swedish entries in the category 'Best Use of New Technology in Communications Measurement' as we used several of Retriever's proprietary technical solutions and solutions in combination with AI, in the analysis work for Riksidrottsförbundet. Together with a competent customer team and close cooperation with RF, Retriever found various patterns and insights that RF could take with them into their ongoing strategy work.
On behalf of the Swedish Sports Confederation (RF), Retriever has conducted an in-depth analysis of editorial media. One of the goals of the new strategy is to encourage long-term sports involvement throughout life. The starting point for the analysis was 700,000 articles on child and youth sport in the Swedish media over the past ten years.– Since we have collaborated with Retriever for many years, we felt completely confident entrusting them with the responsibility for the analysis.Throughout the analysis process, we have maintained close dialogue where responsiveness and a willingness to understand what the Swedish Sports Confederation is seeking have been central to Retriever.
